As a Barista at Casa Tua, you will bring expertise , artistry, and hospitality to every cup served.  
 
Responsibilities  

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency  

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee, teas, and accompaniments to elevate the guest experience  

• Ensure all drinks meet Casa Tua’s presentation, taste, and timing standards  

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of the coffee bar at all times  

• Collaborate with servers and service staff to deliver timely and seamless service  

• Engage warmly with guests, offering personalized hospitality and attention to detail  

• Uphold safety, sanitation, and equipment care standards at all times  

• Support the service team by assisting with guest needs and contributing to a polished dining environment  
   
  Experience  

• Previous barista or coffee preparation experience, ideally in a fine dining or upscale environment  

• Strong knowledge of espresso equipment, coffee preparation techniques, and milk texturing  

• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused approach  

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting  

• Morning availability is essential; open schedule and flexibility preferred
