Position Overview:
We are hiring a reliable and energetic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of company events and client engagements. This role involves hands-on event support, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring events run smoothly while delivering a positive experience for clients and attendees. This is an on-site position in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operational support.
Support event coordinators and supervisors during live events.
Serve as a point of contact for attendees, providing clear and accurate information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure event needs and timelines are met.
Help organize event materials, equipment, and supplies before and after events.
Maintain clean, organized, and professional event spaces.
Respond promptly and professionally to client or guest needs during events.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with lifting event materials if required
