The assistant to the Mayor provides essential daily support to the Mayor and directors. This role is central to the effective operation of the Mayor’s Office, with responsibilities that include planning, organizing, and managing the mayor’s schedule to ensure alignment with administrative goals. Key duties involve coordinating meetings, engagements, and events; preparing, drafting, and distributing communications from the Office of the Mayor; and serving as the primary point of contact for the Mayor.
