We are seeking an experienced dealership Interior Designer who can work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop creative interior space solutions to meet customer needs. Designers coordinate and implement the design process on projects from the initial sales consultation through programming and preliminary design, specification, client presentation and working drawings. The designer will work together with assigned sales staff and project management. The projects will vary in size, complexity, scope and duration. Designers frequently engage in business development opportunities, presentations, RFP interviews, and participates in or leads customer engagement workshops. ResponsibilitiesBachelor's Degree or higher in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is required; three years of experience in the Interior Design field is preferred but not required. Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) or National Architecture Board (NAB) accreditation preferred.
2+ years prior experience at a furniture dealership is required.
