**Mechanical Technician** **Pay:** $33-$38/hr (Based on Experience) **Location:** Denver, CO We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team and help lead equipment maintenance and repairs. If you're hands-on, reliable, and ready to grow into a leadership role, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do:** + Lead machine changeovers during production. + Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues. + Perform regular maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. + Handle minor building and forklift repairs. + Work with PLCs and electrical wiring. + Guide and assign tasks to junior mechanics. + Keep the maintenance shop clean and organized. **Required Skills:** + 3+ years of experience in mechanical or equipment maintenance. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and inverters. + Ability to diagnose and fix breakdowns. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
