Production Associate

Are you looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role in a production environment? We're seeking motivated Production Associates to join our client’s dedicated team! This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our processing line and maintaining high product quality.

Position –  Production Associate

Job Location –  Eden, WI

Starting Date –  ASAP

Employment Term –  Temp to hire

Employment Type –  Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shift openings available

Starting Pay – $17 per hour

Required Experience –  Prior manufacturing experience is helpful

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks on the production floor, including:

• Line Monitoring & Quality Control: Actively working on the conveyor line to identify and pull any bad product and quickly fix jams to minimize downtime.
• Material Movement: Pushing carts loaded with cans throughout the facility.
• Finishing & Staging: Performing the final steps of stacking, including palletizing cans safely and accurately.
• Heavy Lifting: Occasionally assisting with unboxing meat products , which may require you to lift up to 60 lbs .
• Sanitation: Participating in cleaning and sanitation duties , typically performed toward the end of the shift, to keep our facility running smoothly and cleanly.

Qualifications 

• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting .
• Comfort with performing repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to perform physical duties, including standing for long periods and occasional lifting up to 60 lbs .
• A proactive approach to problem-solving (e.g., fixing line jams).
