Position Summary Under general supervision, the Residential Case Manager provides client-centered, trauma-informed case management services to individuals in the intensive residential treatment program. The Case Manager establishes rapport and maintains professional boundaries with clients while supporting their individualized recovery pathways. This role coordinates client access to needed resources and services by facilitating referrals, linkage, and retention activities, ensuring timely follow-up to improve client outcomes.
