At Floyd's 99 Barbershop , we don't do boring -we do bold . We're on the hunt for a full-time Stylist – Barber who lives and breathes cosmetology and turns every haircut into a confidence-boosting experience!

Unbeatable Pay

• At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps , or opt for guaranteed minimum wage - either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists usually take home an a verage of $33.50 – $66/hour (yep, you read that right), your earnings can soar as high as your skills allow!

YOUR VITAL ROLE AS OUR STYLIST - BARBER:

You'll connect with your clients, foster relationships, and make every visit an experience they can't wait to repeat. You'll use your cosmetology skills to deliver everything from classic fades to creative color, adding that "wow" factor with lather neck shaves and shoulder massages. And because our shops are always buzzing, your craft will keep evolving faster than a social media trend.

We love a go-getter who's open to flexible hours, including nights and weekends, because good hair days don't always happen 9 to 5.

WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN OUR TEAM:

• Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
• Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others
• Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job
• Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
